The only new one worth anything is "Toxman" (the yellow guy who shoots toxic waste). I can only guess that the destruction caused by the industrial robots going mad caused animals to mutate into these strange enemies. Gauntlet101010 has been gracious enough that, after so many years, to let us display his rips here on Inc. Their focus on oddities of the Mega Man history certainly allowed the PC sprites to fit right in with other such obscure titles. From my understanding there was an agreement made way back in the early early days of Mega Man archival history where the fantastic site Mechanical Maniacs would be the primary host for the Mega Man PC and PC 3 sprites.
